About us
Established in 1978 at Paderno Dugnano, Tecnoprint S.r.l. has more than 30 years of experience in producing engraved cylinders for gravure printing and in digital graphical reproduction for Gravure, Flexo, and Offset printing.
The company can satisfy any demand thanks to years of experience in various businesses,food, textiles, furnishings, leather goods, and paper products.
The new headquarters
In 1994 the company moved to its current headquarters in Nova Milanese, occupying an area of about 3,000 square metres. Here are located its new offices, warehouses, and an automated galvanic system.
In 2010 we installed a complete halftone gravure engraving system which uses an Exactus laser, guaranteeing superior printing quality.
Every day the company continues in its commitment to research and the use of cutting-edge technologies to increase its quality standards and supply an excellent product.
Galvanic department
We build printing cylinders and we perform all operations from preparation to engraving: copper plating, smoothing, chrome plating and polishing.
Electronic engraving
We have three machines, one for large-size cylinders, and one with a head for deep engravings to offer a high standard of quality.
Test prints
We have two Heaford machines to perform test prints: one for small cylinders and one for cylinders measuring up to three metres.
Direct Laser Engraving
We have a direct laser with YAG technology able to engrave at very hig resolution on copper, steel and many other metals.
Ideal for realization of multi-level embossing cylinders and coating cylinders that require a large volume.
Halftone gravure engraving
We have a halftone gravure system with laser that can guarantee excellent printing quality for jobs that require a high level of precision.
Graphics department
We work in various areas of the graphics world and we have cutting-edge software to produce graphic proofs and camera-ready artwork.
Flexographic polymer engraving
We have a flexographic polymer engraving system for making polymer relief plates for various applications.
